Selling home’s in Collin County is a huge energy surge for the Kimberly Davis Group of Keller Williams Realty in Plano, TX.  Last week we had so many owners’ contact us about buying larger homes in McKinney, Frisco and Plano, TX.  What I find most interesting is most of them want to buy a home and have not spoken with a lender to see if they qualify for a new home.  The majority of the sellers have not had their credit pulled and are not aware of the mortgage industry changes.  The seller’s all want me to notify them of new homes that come on the market with oversized lots, privacy, pools and more.
However, when this happens and we don’t have a strong approval, when the right home becomes available it puts us at risk of losing their dream home at today’s great prices.  Regardless, we have to get pre-qualified before we sell and buy a new home.

Great weekend of real estate in Frisco, Plano and McKinney, TX for the Kimberly Davis Group.  We received above asking price on several of our well marketed listings.  It is evident that well maintained homes are definitely in demand in Plano, TX.  Buyer’s desire to buy now and not wait due to the interest rates being so low.   Seller’s are also appreciating the new construction opportunities.  New construction offers energy efficient homes that create a savings.  Recently the Kimberly Davis Group sold a home that was 5,000sq ft., built in 2013 and the average utility bill was $105.00 a month.  Seller’s should sell today and buy energy efficient homes.  It just makes sense, Right?
