July has been a great historical month of success in Plano, TX for the Kimberly Davis Group. We are thrilled about serving our local community. We have found that regardless of a low inventory of homes, people are still picky. Regardless of prospective buyer’s that are lined up in apartment communities that desire to buy. They want to see a home with updates, fresh carpet and fresh paint. Seller’s have been able to appreciate tremendously in Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney and Prosper in the past year. However, the seller’s still need to invest upfront in making some repairs and making a house stand out upon a buyer’s arrival.
